The personalised nutrition guide provides a blend of information tailored to you as an individual and relevant nutrition theory and food information to support you achieving your nutrition goals

Levels

The personalised nutrition guide supports any stage of your fitness journey. It works alone but is even more effective alongside the Foundations in Nutrition course, giving you the knowledge to take control of your nutrition.

Foundations in Applied Nutrition Course

The Foundations in Applied Nutrition Course is designed to cover the essentials of nutrition no matter the level of your knowledge from the comfort of your home

Overview

The intention is to empower you to take charge of your own nutrition following completion of the course, with resources available to continually refer back to

Nutrition is an individual aspect of health, and while some hands on guidance is undoubtedly helpful in the short-term, learning to take charge of your own nutrition is likely to be more sustainable and successful

2a. Condensed Course

This level is designed to be covered over 3 weekly sessions which can last up to an hour

The condensed version of the course still aims to cover the most significant components of nutrition that are likely to see the biggest difference for most individuals, focusing on calorie requirements and macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats and proteins)

2b. Full Course
  • The full version of the course is designed to be covered over a 6 week period of 1 session per week

1:1 Nutrition Block

1:1 nutrition blocks are designed to offer ongoing hands-on, personalised support

Overview

For the best results, the blocks are designed as follow-on support to the other products to ensure a foundation is in place to build on together, be that solely a personalised nutrition guide, or undertaking the Foundations in Applied Nutrition course to ensure your knowledge is brought up to speed

The blocks are in 2 week increments, with the weekly rate reducing if longer blocks are chosen:

  • 2 week block (£25 / week)
  • 4 week block (£22.50 / week)
  • 6 week block (£20 / week)

These are very flexible depending on your particular needs but can cover:

  • Food diary keeping: involves a review of the food you eat and track each week to make adjustments as we go along
  • Food tracking: involves supporting you with the use of tracking resources such as MyFitnessPal 
  • Calorie and Macronutrient Adjustment: when your body and exercise routines change, the food you require changes as well. Ongoing support will allow adjustments to be made as you progress to reduce the chances of that progress slowing down

Bespoke Nutrition Advice: this is a broad term covering anything from incorporating foods you like into your diet to recipe/cooking advice and meal timing and exercise advice
